CHAPTER PRESIDENT
The Chapter President is recognised as a Chapter Executive; and is an officer of the Chapter who is appointed or elected to preside over the Chapter. For more information, please contact the College Office Admin Team.
CHAPTER SECRETARY
The Chapter Secretary is recognised as a Chapter Executive; and as an officer of the Chapter, the Chapter Secretary conducts correspondence between the Executives and Chapter members, takes minutes of meetings, keeps records and performs secretarial duties for the Chapter. CHAPTER TREASURER
The Chapter Treasurer is recognised as a Chapter Executive; and as an officer of the Chapter, the Chapter Treasurer is in charge of overseeing and managing the budget and funds of the Chapter. For more information, please contact the College Office Administration Team.
Although not recognised as an Executive Officer of the Chapter, if you have any other roles that support the Chapter and/or Chapter Executives (e.g., Vice-President, President-elect etc) please list here.
Chapter Executives are provided with, and strongly encouraged to utilise, the generic email addresses created for these Executive positions.

Chapter Science Week Convenor(s)
The Chapter Science Week Convenor develops the Chapter's stream at Science Week and present a program to the College Office for inclusion in the overall College Science Week program.
The Science Week Convenor(s) are provided with, and strongly encouraged to utilise, the generic email address created for this position.
Chapter Website Administrator
The Chapter Website Administrator is responsible for ensuring their Chapter Website is actively kept updated, providing its Members with current news and upcoming events.
SUBJECT STANDARDS COMMITTEE (SSC)
In addition to being subject experts, the SSC review and update the Chapter's Subject Guidelines for both Membership and Fellowship (if applicable).
Note: There must be a minimum of two (2) Fellows on the SSC if Fellowship subjects are offered.
