Chapter Information Sheet: July 2024 - June 2025

The Chapter Information Sheet is used to inform the College Office of the Chapter roles and Chapter subscription for the upcoming annual period.

Please complete and submit the Chapter Information Sheet within 4-weeks of holding your Chapter AGM.

Please provide the Chapter Fees for the upcoming financial year (FY2025/26), exclusive of GST.

CHAPTER PRESIDENT

SUBJECT STANDARDS COMMITTEE (SSC)

In adition to being subject experts, the SSC review and update the chapter's Subject Guidelines for Membership and Fellowship (if applicable).
Note: There must be a minimum of two (2) Fellows on the SSC if Fellowship subjects are offered.
